1. Services Offered
   Travis’ Garage Door Repair provides residential and commercial garage door repair, installation, replacement and maintenance services to customers in Conway, AR and surrounding areas. Services are subject to technician availability.
2. Pricing and Payment
   Service call fees and repair/installation costs will be provided to the customer prior to any work being performed. Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. A fee may apply for returned checks.
3. Warranty
   Travis’ Garage Door Repair provides a 90-day labor warranty on all repairs. Manufacturer warranties apply to any parts installed. Improper use, maintenance or damage caused by the customer may void warranties.
4. Property Damage
   Our technicians take utmost care to protect your property during service. However, Travis’ Garage Door Repair is not liable for any incidental property damage that may occur during normal service, such as to landscaping, walls, or vehicles.
5. Cancellation Policy
   Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip charge.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
   Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
7. Liability Limitations
   Travis’ Garage Door Repair is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages related to services provided.
